MAIN CASE:
Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution against the order dated 29.09.2020 (P-5), whereby interim injunction was granted in favour of plaintiff- respondent No.1. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, does not press the petition on merits; rather restricted his prayer to the extent that learned trial Court be directed to decide applications under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 as well as under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, within some time bound manner.
