H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The District Judge, by a well reasoned and detailed order has dismissed the application for transfer of suit filed by applicant - Chaman Lal, disbelieving the allegations of the Presiding Officer having favourable inclination towards counsel for the respondent. The District Judge, is in best position to know about reputation and antecedents of the Officers working in the Sessions Division. I do not find any illegality or infirmity with the impugned order.
