The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition stands already recorded in the order dated 02.02.2024. 2.

Learned State counsel very fairly submits that the matter can be disposed of in light of judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of "Bhura Vs. State of Punjab" in CRM-M-20120-2023. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of and considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed that the orders passed by the Court below directing the petitioner to furnish a Bank guarantee of Rs.1,00,000 and Superdari bonds of Rs. 4,00,000/- be modified only to the extent that the petitioner would furnish a solvent surety of the equivalent amount. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
