NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the official respondents i.e. respondents No. 1 to 5 to conduct fair investigation and take strong legal action against accused/respondents No. 6 to 8 herein, in case FIR No. 002 dated 03.01.2023 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376-D, 450 and 506 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Pinagwan, District Nuh. In compliance of previous order dated 05.02.2024, learned counsel for the State has filed status report dated 04.04.2024 by way of affidavit of Sh. Kaptan Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Firozepur Jhirka, Nuh, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5, which is taken on record.

A copy thereof, has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

CRM-M-5775-2024 -2- 2024:PHHC:046832 As per averments made in the aforesaid status report in para Nos. 9, 10 and 11, learned counsel for the State submits that out of total 03 accused involved in the aforesaid FIR; 02 accused, namely, Shakil and Akhtar/respondents No. 8 and 6 herein were arrested on 06.11.2023 and 30.01.2024, respectively, and qua the third accused, namely, Sabir/respondent No. 7 herein warrants of arrest have been issued against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above and the averments made in the status report, nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly.
