5 % (15 8 # $ < 51 55#3 It is respectfully submitted that in compliance of orders dated 2.2.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CRM-M-5659-2024 titled as "Surneder Kumar and others Vs State of Haryana and another" complainant Ruchika Khatri appeared before the undersigned and made her statement recorded in
support of the compromise with accused persons Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh. Statement of accused persons Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh also recorded in support of the compromise.
2. Investigation Officer SI Ramesh in his statement submitted that there is one complainant namely Ruchika Khatri in the aforementioned FIR. The aforementioned FIR was registered against accused namely Surender Kumar, Mange Ram, Santosh, Poonam and Pushpender Rana who were arrayed as accused another accused is involved in the aforementioned FIR. Challan has been filed in the above mentioned FIR against accused Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh only. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender/proclaimed person in the above mentioned FIR. The above named accused persons are not involved in any other case.
3. In view of statement of investigating officer, no other accused persons are involved in the aforementioned FIR. Challan has been filed in the above mentioned FIR against accused Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh. No accused persons has been declared as proclaimed offender/proclaimed person in the above mentioned FIR. The above named accused persons Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh are not involved in any other case. The case is at the stage of arguments on framing of charges against accused. It is humbly submitted that as per statements of parties, compromise between complainant Ruchika Khatri and accused persons Surender Kumar, Mange Ram and Santosh was genuine and voluntary and out of their free own will. Report is submitted for onward transmission to the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh."
