Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Boota Singh states that the investigation was initially being carried out by Cyber Cell, Fazilka and DSP (D), Fazilka, whereafter, even SIT has been constituted as stated in para 6 of the Status report dated 04.03.2025 and strenuous efforts to nab the accused are being made, which shall be concluded expeditiously, in accordance with law, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
