The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to review the result of HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test) Level-3-PGT (Computer Science), conducted by respondent no.3 on 2.12.2023, on the ground of discrepancy regarding answer to question no.88, and to restraint the respondents from continuing with the further recruitment process, including interview or in the alternative, permit the petitioner to participate in the recruitment process provisionally.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case his pending legal notice dated 28.12.2023, Annexure P-11, is considered and decided by respondent no.3 in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to third respondent/Secretary, Haryana Board of Secondary Education, Bhiwani, to consider and decide the petitioner's pending legal notice dated 28.12.2023, within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 6.
