The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.3-District Registrar Firms and Societies, Kurukshetra to decide his application and stay the election process till the adjudication of said petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent at the outset submits that District Registrar vide order dated 07.04.2026 has adjudicated petitioner's petition, thus, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court can entertain writ petition against order passed by District Registrar despite remedy of appeal. The matter was initially adjourned sine die though it was to be adjudicated within 15 days. 4.
The petitioner has not challenged order dated 07.04.2026 passed by District Registrar. In the absence of challenge to said order, this Court cannot examine legality of said order. 5.
Disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail alternative remedies as permissible by law with respect to order dated 07.04.2026. 6.
