Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the orders of this Court have been fully complied with. It is submitted that subsequent to 17.09.2025, the only issue which remained was with respect to arrears of pay and allowances from 17.01.2022 to 02.11.2022 and the same have also been paid to the petitioner on 17.10.2025. The letter dated 17.11.2025 along with the documents prima facie proving the said aspect have been handed over to the Court, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'. It is submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of. 2.
