This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.268 dated 17.12.2025, under Sections 108, 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

      espite the second call, there is no representation for the petitioner. It thus appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
