[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing/modification of order dated 17th December, 2021 vide which departmental proceedings were initiated against respondent No. 7nly instead of private respondents No. 5 to 7. Further prayer is for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 to take action on applications dated 1st December, 2021 and 27th January, 2022 against respondents No. 5 to 7.

[3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 17th February, 2022
