The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR No.42 dated 18.01.2023 registered under Section 409 IPC at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that cancellation report in this case is pending approval with senior officials and shall be presented in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of 8 weeks. 3.

This satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner who prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
