Prayer in the present writ petition is to issue the direction to the respondents to consider the daughter of the petitioner namely Harnoor Kaur Nagra to participate in Sub Junior and Cadet Judo Championship at Chennai, Tamilnadu, to be held on 17th to 21st February, 2023. The aforesaid tournament has already been concluded. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two dates. Today the position remains same.

In these circumstances, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
