Since the petition i.e. CRM-M-9532-2020, filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail, has been dismissed by this Court vide separate order of even date, therefore, the present petition praying for quashing of the FIR 421 dated 18.10.2019 under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City, Barnala is held to be pre-mature and the same is also dismissed, at this stage.
