HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.04 dated 05.01.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars as there are certain typographical errors, which needs to be rectified.
