(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no.35 dated 26.01.2020, registered at Police Station City Nuh, District Nuh, for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 436, 201, 506, 120-B of the IPC and Sections 3(2) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 (with Sections 201, 506 and 120-B of the IPC added subsequently).

With the report under Section 173 (2) of the Cr.P.C. already having been submitted, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition at this stage.
