(Oral) The petitioner has prayed for the following substantive relief:- "Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuing of appropriate order, writ, or direction especially a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order No.803 dated 17.06.2021 (Annexure P-4) hereby the respondent No.3 by affirming the charging of non-construction charges without providing any basic amenities to the petitioner. AND.

Further issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to waive the non construction charges levied on the petition and also provide basic amenities to raise construction on the allotted site.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to the institution of this petition, the petitioner had even served the respondent authorities with representations dated 24.01.2023 (P-5) and 12.04.2023
