Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of criminal complaint No.COMA 527/2021 dated 04.08.2021 titled 'Reena Vs. Robinson @ Ruby and others' (Annexure P-1) as well as summoning order dated 09.08.2021 (Annexure P-2) under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending with the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the available pleas before the trial Court. Permitted to do so.
