The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.232 dated 26.09.2019 registered under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Custody certificate dated 30.04.2021 has been filed which is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 04.03.2021, the trial Court has reported that by order dated 22.03.2021, the petitioner has been declared as 'child in conflict with law'.
