Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of ACP upon successful completion of 4 years of service from the date the said benefits had accrued.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 16.01.2025, granting benefit of ACP w.e.f. 2018, copy whereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in wake of which he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a representation/ appeal, in case need arises by raising all pleas available in accordance with law.
