(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking direction to Family Court, Karnal to expedite and decide the proceedings arising out of maintenance order dated 27.08.2018 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 27.08.2018, the petitioner was granted maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- per month. The petitioner filed execution application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. on 19.12.2018. The petitioner filed another execution application which is coming for consideration before Family court on 17.2.2023. The respondent in spite of specific orders of the Family Court is not paying maintenance. The order of maintenance was passed on 27.8.2018 and the petitioner is not getting maintenance even though almost a period of five years has passed away.
