***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.165 dated 31.10.2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kalka, District Panchkula.

On 05.02.2020, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon pendency of CRM-M No.1042 of 2020 titled 'Chhabil Singh Vs. State of Haryana'.

Notice of motion for 03.03.2020.

Interim order in the same terms as passed in CRM-M No.1042 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

This fact has not been denied by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surender Pal and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation of the case.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 05.02.2020, the order is made absolute. However petitioners shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
