CRM-M-6075-2023 Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of complaint No.NACT-17119 dated 22.04.2022 titled as M/s Indiabullas Housing finance Limited vs Rajesh Kohli, filed by respondent No.2 (Annexure P-6); summoning order dated 14.06.2022 (Annexure P-7) along with all consequential and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
