Mr. Kulwant S Dhanora, Advocate for respondent No.2. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint No.78 dated 19.11.2018 filed under Sections 323,341,506,34 IPC and Section 3 (1)(c) of the SC/ST Act.

Vide order dated 03.02.2020, this Court while issuing notice of motion directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court. On their doing so, they would be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

An affidavit of the D.S.P, Barwala has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1-State of Haryana wherein it has been stated that in compliance of order dated 03.02.2020, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court on 24.02.2020 and was released on bail. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 03.02.2020 is made absolute.
