RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to intimate her about the marks scored by her in the written examination as well as in the interview.

In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 26.02.2019 (P-7) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 26.02.2019 (P-7) and intimate marks to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
