(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that subsequent to the passing of the order by the Tribunal, which has been impugned in the present writ petition, the respondents themselves have allowed the benefit of renewal of the permit keeping in view the letters dated 17.05.2019 and 25.09.2019 (Annexures P-7 and P-8) respectively, issued by the State Transport Commissioner, Punjab and therefore, the petitioner is entitled for the consideration of his case as well for the issue of permit. Nothing has been placed on record to show that petitioner has approached the respondents raising his claim by relying upon Annexures P-7 or P-8.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents for the redressal of the grievance, if any.
