On 16.01.2025 the following order was passed : "On 06.02.2023 the case was adjourned on the ground that the arguing counsel was not available. On 21.08.2023 the case was adjourned again on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 20.02.2024 yet again on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the case was adjourned to today. Today the learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has since died and he seeks some time to implead the legal representatives of the appellant.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 22.08.2025. The application for impleading the legal representatives of the appellant be filed well before the next date of hearing.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
