(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) whereby his case for being promoted to the post of TGT English has been rejected on the ground that he was not possessing the qualification of B.Ed. with English as teaching subject. The petitioner has further prayed for issuing direction to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 16.12.2020 (Annexure P-7) as issued by him as the same has not yet been decided.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the said legal notice of the petitioner (Annexure P-7) within some specific time frame.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-discussed limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Director, Elementary Education, Haryana Shiksha Sadan, to look into and deal with/decide the said legal notice of the petitioner (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
