(ORAL) The secured creditor is before this Court seeking a direction to the official respondent Nos. 2 to 5, to implement the order dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Patiala (respondent No. 2), under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, directing providing of official assistance for taking and handing over the physical possession of the mortgaged property / secured asset to the officers of the petitioner-Bank. At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that loan account of the defaulter / borrower - private respondent No. 6 (M/s. Panipat Timer & Shuttering Store) has been settled, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
