The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 683 dated 22.10.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section 324, 325 and 326 IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station Camp, District Palwal. This Court vide order dated 04.02.2020, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from Head Constable-Sandeep submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 04.02.2020 is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
