The petitioner assails order dated 5.1.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, whereby an application filed by petitioner for shifting him to Alchemist Hospital, Alchemist Hospital Road, Sector 21, Budanpur, Panchkula, Haryana or any other Multi-specialty Hospital, has been declined.
