(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-10), passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Jind. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the concerned Authorities in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
