**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 329 dated 16.11.2019 under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur.
At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the present case, the FSL report has not been received yet. This factum has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. As per the Division Bench of this Court in case of 'Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R. (Criminal) 953' in the case where the FSL report is awaited and is likely to be delayed, the accused can be released on interim bail.
