**** RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral ) This petition has been filed by the petitioners assailing the order dated 04.01.2021/Transfer policy of the respondent authorities (Annexure P-3), relating to transfer of employees of the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Haryana.

Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions, submits that the representation filed by the petitioners pursuant to the observations made by this Court in the order dated 15.01.2021 (Annexure P-7) rendered in the previous petition, namely CWP-1101-2021, filed by the petitioners, has been considered and decided by the Administrative Secretary of the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of NAROTAM DASS 2021.02.15 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC CHANDIGARH Haryana, which has been communicated to the petitioners by the Director of the

CWP-3306-2021 -2Department vide order dated 05.02.2021 (Annexure P-9). He submits that the explanations given to the clauses of the policy, as contained in the order of the Administrative Secretary of the Department, would form part of the policy, while considering the cases relating to transfer. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in view of the statement of learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the individuals, who are aggrieved by his/her transfer, to take up the case before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
