  The petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 61, dated 22.06.2020, registered under Section 61/1 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Section 67 of Excise Act, 1914, added later on, at Police Station, Dharamgarh, District Sangrur. As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was apprehended while smuggling liquor from the State of Haryana. As per the reply filed by the respondent, the petitioner is a habitual bootlegger and is facing four more criminal cases of the similar nature. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner is made out. Hence, dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
