*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Revision petition herein is for quashing order dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-13) passed by learned Executing Court, whereby, warrant of possession were issued against petitioner-tenant due to non-deposit of mesne profits, as ordered by learned Appellate Authority vide its order dated 25.02.2021 (Annexure P-8).

At the outset, on a suggestion of learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondent-landlords does not object to the revision petition being disposed of in terms of judgment/order dated 08.02.2023 passed in a bunch of civil Revisions, where lead case is CR-899-2023. Disposed of in terms of judgment ibid passed in CR-899-2023 and other connected matters.
