(Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy under Section 58 of the Act. He, however, submits that in view of order passed by the Appellate Tribunal, his appeal would be deemed to have been dismissed tomorrow i.e. 06.02.2020 as order is conditional in nature.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Order dated 03.01.2020 which, according to the counsel, was extended on 03.02.2020 shall remain operative for another ten days.
