The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the above captioned FIR has already been quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025 passed in CRM-M No.64505 of 2024.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In case, for any reason, the above captioned FIR is restored, then the police shall give atleast 05 Court working days notice to the petitioner to avail his legal remedies.
