[1] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 33, dated 11th February, 2021 under Sections 394, 452 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Kapurthala and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 19th January, 2022. [2] After arguing for some time and sensing the outcome of the order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
