Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing the impugned order dated 21.12.2021 (P-1) passed by respondent No.1.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that respondent No.2 may visit the office of Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Naya Nangal and after inspection of the record he can have the relevant documents upon payment of requisite fee.
