(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Panipat to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 12.9.2019 (Annexure P-2) (although addressed to the Director General of Police, Haryana Police, Panchkula) in accordance with law expeditiously, in case the same has not already been decided.

The petitioner, in any case, would be at liberty to move an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court. In case, any such application is filed, the Trial Court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
