(ORAL) The petitioners, through the instant petition are seeking setting aside of order dated 11.11.2021 whereby Additional Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib has allowed interim maintenance of Rs. 3500/- per month i.e. Rs. 2000/- per month to petitioner No. 1(wife) and Rs. 1500/- per month to petitioner No. 2 (minor daughter). Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that Family Court may be asked to expedite determination of final maintenance in a time bound manner.

Without commenting upon merit of the case, the Family Court is requested to expedite final determination of amount of maintenance, preferably within six months from today. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
