However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 21.02.2024. No further adjournment shall be granted. "

[2] Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the fact that it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted. It is also brought to the notice in the reply by the respondents that recommendation had already been made to cancel the FIR.
