Learned State counsel, by referring to the status report, submits that cancellation report has been prepared in case FIR No.370 dated 06.09.2022 under Sections 365, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh, and the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
