Pursuant to directions issued by this Court on 31.1.2020, ASI Jaswinder Kumar and LC Nisha Devi have produced Amrit Kaur. Upon making queries from aforesaid Amrit Kaur, aged 22 years, she has informed that she had solemnized marriage with petitioner Prince Kumar on 22.3.2019 and that she wishes to reside with her husband (petitioner). 2.

Respondent No.4-Kulwant Singh is present in person along with his sister Manpreet Kaur, who have assured this Court that they will not cause any harm to the petitioner or to Amrit Kaur in any manner. They have further stated that they have no objection in case Amrit Kaur resides with Prince Kumar and accompanies him to his house right from the Court. In view of this position, no further directions are required to be issued. Ms. Amrit Kaur, would be at liberty to accompany the petitioner, if she so desires.
