Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order dated 16.09.2019 passed in CWP-26075-2019, respondents were directed to maintain status quo with regard to services of petitioner. Petitioner was working as Assistant Professor on temporary basis in the department of Electronics and Communications. She has not been relieved from her job and is continuously going to attend her duties but is not being entrusted with any work. Respondents have also not released her salary. As the petitioner has not been relieved from her services, order dated 16.09.2019 has been complied with. So far as consequential benefits are concerned, petitioner may avail other legal remedy available to her in accordance with law.

Dismissed.
