(ORAL) In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to get the medical examination report dated 12.11.2019 (Annexure P-1), which is pending with respondent No.5 and thereafter, take the legal action against respondent No.6.

CRWP-1137-2020 -2respondents No.1 to 3, wherein, it has been mentioned that after getting the medical examination report dated 12.11.2019 from respondent No.5, the action has been taken by the police and an FIR No.49 dated 27.02.2020, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, at Police Station City Fazilka has been registered against respondent No.6 and the same is being investigated.
