****** ANOOP CHITKARA , J.(ORAL) Appellant has come up before this Court in the year 2005 challenging the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21/23-12-2004. 2.

Present appeal filed by the appellant was admitted on 06.01.2005. After that, on 17.03.2005, the sentence of the appellant was suspended. 3.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has expired on 31.01.2025.

Given above, the appeal of appellant Sukhbir is disposed of as abated. 5.

Although, there is no specific order about stay of fine but the fact remain that the appellant was released on bail and even the fine was deemed to have been stayed while suspending the sentence. Since the appellant was expired during the pendency of the appeal, the order cannot be recalled. Since the appeal stands disposed as abated, therefore, no steps are required to be taken for recovery of fine amount. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
