The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 06.11.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram (Annexure P-6) in case titled as Salim Chohan vs. M/s Baba Jagta Shuttering Pvt. Ltd. bearing No. CRA-576-2023 vide which the application moved by the petitioner seeking waiver to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation was dismissed and the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of amount of compensation awarded by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class vide order dated 20.09.2023/27.09.2023 within 60 days from the date of order.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that they would be satisfied in case the appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months without insisting upon the deposit of 20% amount of compensation.
