Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law by way of passing a speaking order.

Mr. Manish Bansal, PP, UT, Chandigarh accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and on instructions from ASI Pardeep Kumar submits that the representation(s), if any, filed by the petitioner are already disposed of by the competent authority as per law and further submits that in case any speaking order is not passed, then the needful be done in accordance with law, by the competent authority. 4.

In view of above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the direction is given to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P-3), in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within next two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
